User Agreement

Effective Date: November 6, 2025

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Flicabi application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may not use the App.

Subscriptions Only

The App supports subscriptions only. There are no coin purchases. Subscription terms, billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use

• Do not engage in unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities using the App.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the App’s source code except as permitted by law.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the App’s operations or networks.

Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only handle User ID and Coins, and store them on your device.

Content and Availability

Features and content may change without notice. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App at any time.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or if required by law.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence unless local laws require otherwise.
